Tank Commander

Responsibilities

Coordination of operations with the platoon commander
command of a tank crew to perform combat missions
performing tasks as part of a tank unit
organization of maintenance and repair of equipment
control of the technical condition of the tank (checking the engine, chassis, weapons, navigation systems)
training on combat training of the crew
analysis of combat operations to improve the efficiency of the crew
orientation on the ground, control over the availability of ammunition and fuel
Observance of Military Discipline

higher or secondary military education
developed communication skills
the ability to manage people and the courage to take responsibility
knowledge of the design of T-64, T-72, T-80, T-90 tanks or their modifications
knowledge of tactics, capabilities and methods of using the tank in various types of combat
fitness for service for health and moral qualities
physical endurance and readiness for active physical actions
age from 18 years
absence of alcohol and drug addiction

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
provision of all necessary means and equipment
financial assistance for the conclusion of the first contract
the status of a participant in hostilities
annual financial assistance for recovery
