Responsibilities

control of a combat vehicle, ensuring its effective operation in various conditions
performing tasks of marking, aiming at the target and firing from a combat vehicle
planning, organizing and coordinating the actions of the unit during combat missions
organization and control of subordinates' actions, ensuring their performance of functions and responsibilities
conducting training and educational activities for personnel, contributing to their professional development
control over the technical condition of the combat vehicle

experience of service in military units
deep understanding of military tactics, combat use and maintenance of military equipment
strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to work in a team
responsibility, resistance to stress, determination, discipline
suitability for military service
ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task zone
social guarantees (paid leave, sick leave, etc.)
