Responsibilities

emergency surgical care (primary surgical treatment of wounds, control of bleeding, amputations, fasciotomy, drainage of the pleural cavity, thoracentesis, laparotomy, thoracotomy)
carrying out damage control surgery to stabilize the condition of the wounded
triage and prioritization of care
interaction with anesthetists and resuscitators
training and instruction of junior medical staff
keeping records of wounded and surgical interventions

complete higher medical education in the specialty "Surgery"
certificate of a specialist doctor (general / abdominal / thoracic surgery)
experience in urgent surgery from 2 years
mastery of methods of emergency surgical care and principles of damage control surgery
readiness to work in conditions of high stress and hostilities
responsibility, endurance, teamwork

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
full support of the candidate from the first call to registration in the part to the selected unit
provision of modern machinery, equipment, means of protection
cash allowance according to completed combat missions (up to UAH 55,000)
social guarantees and compensation in accordance with the current legislation
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
