Responsibilities

diagnosis and treatment of patients requiring surgery
maintaining medical records, filling out cards of the wounded, drawing up reports
implementation of preventive measures among personnel to prevent complications of injuries and surgical infections
outpatient reception of sick and wounded servicemen
primary surgical treatment of gunshot and shrapnel wounds
assistance in stabilizing the condition of the seriously wounded before evacuation to rear hospitals
coordination of actions with medical personnel (medical assistants, nurses, orderlies) during medical evacuation or operations
providing assistance to the wounded at the stabilization point
performing surgical interventions in the amount of damage control surgery
performing urgent surgical interventions at the stabilization point

higher medical education
stress resistance, responsibility, ability to make decisions quickly
Ability to work both in a team and independently
desire to constantly learn and improve their skills
organization, responsibility, stress resistance
understanding the principles of evidence-based medicine
military experience will be an advantage
practical experience in conducting urgent surgical interventions, in particular in the field

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
full material support, provision of uniform and material property
work in a team of colleagues and nurses of the medical service
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
