Responsibilities
- conducting theoretical and practical classes: teaching TCCC protocols according to the MARCH / PAWS algorithm according to the level of the course (ASM, CLS)
- monitoring of protocol updates: regular study of new recommendations and relevant regulations (for example, orders of the Ministry of Health / Ministry of Health)
- maintaining their own skills: regular re-certification, advanced training, participation in trainings and meetings
- analysis of combat experience: integration of real experience of combat medics into the educational process (adaptation to modern conditions of warfare)
Requirements
- availability of a valid certificate under the TCCC protocol of the appropriate level.
- medical or specialized education will be an advantage
- combat experience (extremely desirable)
- willingness to learn quickly, constantly adapt to the conditions of modern technological warfare
- physical endurance, lack of critical medical contraindications to military service
- ability to work in a team, high motivation
- absence of alcohol, drug or gambling addiction
