Requirements
- suitability for military service
- readiness to perform tasks in the zone of active hostilities
- physical endurance and stable moral and psychological qualities
- experience as a sergeant or higher
- high level of organizational and managerial skills
- ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with subordinates
