Responsibilities

organization and coordination of the work of nurses, nurses and junior medical staff
monitoring the implementation of medical prescriptions and established procedures
organization of care for military personnel who are undergoing treatment or observation
control of availability, proper storage and use of medicines and medical equipment
organization of preparation of medical equipment and materials for work
control of medical and accounting documentation
mentoring and control of professional training of medical personnel
timely informing the head of the medical service about problematic issues and needs of the unit

specialized medical education in the field of medicine / nursing
availability of appropriate medical qualifications
Work experience as a nurse/nurse is required
knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of nursing
skills in organizing the work of medical staff
attention to detail and ability to work with documentation
readiness for military and special training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness or limited fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission

stable financial support from UAH 51,000 to 125,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of combat missions)
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
provision of necessary medical equipment, medicines, personal protective equipment and equipment
the opportunity to undergo specialized medical, military and special training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
