Responsibilities

preparation and execution of documents (reports, orders, submissions, reports, etc.)
ensuring timely and accurate execution of management orders
preparation of documents for approval and signature by management
keeping and accounting of journals and books
control over timely updating and storage of documentation
registration and sending of documents, transfer of correspondence to executors
interaction with other departments to obtain the necessary information
performance of other tasks related to office work

knowledge of the theoretical framework, requirements of governing documents, statutes, orders and instructions, in terms of the work of the personnel group and the drill part will be an advantage
skills in working with documentation (experience in maintaining documentation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be an advantage)
experience with the digital accounting system "Impulse" will be an advantage
literacy and high level of knowledge of the Ukrainian language
confident mastery of office programs (Excel, Word)
ability to quickly solve tasks
ability to work with a large amount of information
high level of self-organization, stress resistance, responsibility, discipline
absence of bad habits (alcohol, drug, gambling addiction, etc.)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the command
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
