Responsibilities

identifying data needs, forming analytical requirements for the product team
processing of user and stakeholder requests
generating a solution together with a designer and a development team
maintenance of requirements throughout the development cycle: from discovery and refinement to validation of implemented functionality
initiating product improvement based on analysis of logical and UX problems

experience in the position of Business Analyst or System Analyst
system thinking: analysis from several sources and reasonable conclusions
understanding of the principles of construction and interaction of information systems components
Agile/Scrum practical experience will be an advantage
practical skills of using SQL will be an advantage
strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
rejection of bad habits (alcohol, drug, gambling addiction, etc.) for the period of service

mobilization before the announcement of a decision on demobilization or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
