Combat medic platoon

Responsibilities

control over the health of servicemen of the unit
emergency medical care
participation in the evacuation of victims from the line of contact
monitoring the condition of the wounded before arriving in medical institutions
work with first-aid kits and medical materials/equipment
training of personnel in the ways of providing pre-medical assistance
maintenance of general medical documentation of the unit
implementation of measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of diseases or injuries in the unit
performance of combat missions as part of the unit
compliance with military discipline and requirements of commanders

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
full material support
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
guaranteed annual leave of up to 30 calendar days + additional leave of up to 10 days for family reasons
