Responsibilities

providing emergency and primary medical care to the wounded and sick in combat conditions
evacuation of the wounded from the battlefield and their transportation to the medical center
performing medical procedures, including temporary dressings, immobilization of injured parts of the body, etc.
maintaining the stable condition of the wounded during transportation and transferring them to medical personnel for further treatment
participation in the preparation and conduct of medical training for military personnel to provide medical care in combat conditions
keeping medical equipment and medicines ready for use

lack of dependence on alcohol and narcotic substances
absence of convictions
certified education in the field of medicine (medical assistant, nurse or doctor)
experience in the medical field in emergency situations will be an advantage
⁠knowledge of basic NATO medical standards is desirable
high level of physical fitness and ability to work in stressful conditions
ability to work effectively in a team and comply with the directives of command regarding medical care on the front line
knowledge of basic first aid skills and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to critical medical situations
⁠skills in working with medical equipment (tourniquets, bandages, oxygen equipment, etc.)
readiness to perform tasks in combat conditions
