Combat medic

Responsibilities

provision of first aid to personnel in the zone of active hostilities
providing long-term assistance to the wounded before evacuation
evacuation of the wounded and escort to the stabilization point
monitoring the health of personnel and keeping records of sick military personnel
regular training in tactical medicine and emergency care for personnel

suitability for military service
physical and psychological endurance
readiness to work in the combat zone and live in difficult living conditions (shift method, rotation)
stress resistance, attention to detail, organization, ability to learn quickly
willingness to acquire and use knowledge of the basics of tactical medicine and emergency care will be an advantage
medical education will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
social guarantees, provision of property and necessary equipment
guaranteed annual basic leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of obtaining additional leave for family reasons
support in a friendly team of motivated, active, initiative warriors and adequate commanders
registration of UBD status and other advantages
