Combat medic

Responsibilities

providing emergency medical care to the wounded on the battlefield
performing medical procedures such as stopping bleeding, dressings, immobilizing injured parts of the body, etc.
resuscitation and first aid to the wounded
transportation of the wounded to medical centers or hospitals for further treatment
registration of medical data of the wounded for further monitoring and treatment
performing medical procedures in mobile or temporary medical points on the front line
knowledge and ability to use specialized medical equipment and medicines
ensuring the stable condition of the wounded before they are sent to a medical institution
to ensure the safety of the wounded during medical care

age from 18 years
self-discipline and self-control will be useful
desire to constantly learn and improve their skills
readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone
ability to work in conditions of increased physical and psychological stress
ability to quickly adapt to the situation, quickly make informed decisions
suitability for military service in combat units for health and moral and psychological qualities

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)

full social package
full provision of protective equipment and military property
the opportunity to obtain the status of a participant in hostilities
possibility of passing BZVP abroad
support at the stage of passing the RTCC for civilians in Kharkiv region
attracting candidates with combat experience in 2014-2024 directly to the unit without passing the BZVP (if desired), if necessary, professional training is guaranteed
