Responsibilities

emergency resuscitation measures for massive blood loss, mine-explosive injuries, polytrauma and asphyxia
ensuring and maintaining airway patency (tracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation, conicotomy according to indications)
anesthesia (general, regional, intravenous anesthesia) during emergency surgical operations
catheterization of major vessels, infusion-transfusion therapy (including massive blood transfusion according to the protocols of military medicine)
effective relief of acute pain and shock conditions in the wounded
monitoring and maintaining vital body functions during preparation and directly during evacuation to the next stage of medical care

higher medical education, a valid certificate of a specialist in the field of "Anesthesiology" or "Pediatric Anesthesiology"
work experience in the specialty from 1 year (we also consider internship graduates with high motivation and willingness to learn)
skills of rapid assessment of the patient's condition in critical situations, possession of resuscitation algorithms (ALS / ATLS)
high stress resistance, the ability to maintain focus and make decisions in extreme and unpredictable conditions
discipline, ability to work in a team (in conjunction with surgeons, traumatologists, operating nurses)
no contraindications to military service for health reasons

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
transfer of active servicemen from other military units with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
full support of the candidate from the first call to registration in the part to the selected unit
providing with modern equipment and means of protection
cash allowance according to completed combat missions up to UAH 120,000
social guarantees and compensation in accordance with the current legislation
