conducting preoperative consultations, assessing the risks of surgery in cooperation with the surgeon, providing the patient with relevant information and deciding what type of anesthetics will be used to ensure the best conditions for surgery
monitoring throughout the intervention
management of work of medical personnel
monitoring and support of vital functions of seriously wounded
periodic assistance in conducting exercises of medical units
preliminary preparation of necessary preparations, materials and equipment
maintenance of medical documentation

Ability to work both in a team and independently
organization, responsibility, stress resistance
availability of a specialist doctor's certificate
readiness to work according to international standards of emergency medical care
complete higher medical education in the specialty "Anesthesiology and Intensive Care"
knowledge of emergency protocols
the desire to bring quality medical care closer to the wounded

contract service or mobilization until the end of martial law
training in accordance with the military accounting specialty
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
