Responsibilities

control of unmanned systems during reconnaissance, combat or observation missions
conducting pre-flight preparation, testing and adjustment of UAVs
interaction with intelligence, artillery and other units to adjust fire or transmit intelligence in real time
guaranteeing safe launch, control and landing of UAVs in different terrain conditions
analysis of combat missions, study of mistakes to prevent them in the future

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
cash allowance from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
service as part of a combat unit with full support
financial assistance for the conclusion of the first contract
basic combined arms training
regular training and opportunities for professional development
guaranteed annual basic leave of 30 days + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
