External pilot/UAV operator

Responsibilities

UAV preparation for flights, equipment inspection before launch
UAV control while performing reconnaissance tasks and monitoring
destruction of the enemy with attack drones and FPV
correction of artillery fire on enemy positions and equipment
performing intelligence missions and gathering information
assessment of data from UAV cameras and sensors, provision of operational reports
collecting and transmitting intelligence to the command post
providing support for groups of other units during the performance of their tasks
ensuring flight safety and compliance with all protocols

secondary, specialized secondary or higher education
experience with UAVs will be an advantage
ability to work with mobile applications and electronic devices
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
physical endurance and readiness to work in the field
readiness to work in the combat zone
high level of self-discipline
attentiveness, responsibility and ability to make quick decisions

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
guaranteed annual basic leave of 30 days + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
support of the initiative, the opportunity to learn and implement new approaches
service as part of a combat unit with full support
