Responsibilities
- participation in planning, organization and coordination of intelligence operations and company activities
- to perform the duties of the company commander in his absence
- control of the execution by personnel of orders and instructions of the company commander
- organization of combat training, exercises and training of personnel, increase of coherence of actions of company units
Requirements
- experience in a commanding position (platoon commander and higher) is an advantage
- experience of service in intelligence units or passing specialized training
- ability to effectively manage people, organize the work of the unit and work in a team
- ability to make decisions in conditions of limited time, stress resistance
