Responsibilities

organization of exercises and trainings to increase the psychological stability of the military in stressful situations
providing advice and psychological support to military personnel facing stress, depression or interpersonal conflict
assessment of the psychological climate in the unit and development of measures to improve morale
popularization of knowledge about the psychological aspects of the service through educational activities and educational work
participation in planning and coordination of measures in case of crisis situations or traumatic events

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
providing everything necessary to perform work tasks
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation: annual leave of 30 calendar days, medical, technical and material support
timely payment of cash security and all types of additional cash rewards
