Responsibilities

analysis and control of the moral and psychological state of subordinate personnel, carrying out measures to improve it
psychological testing of personnel, identification and prevention of stress states and psychological traumas of military personnel
analysis, control of the state of discipline in the unit, carrying out measures to strengthen discipline
general control and analysis of the state of affairs in the unit
conducting official investigations
maintaining documentation in accordance with the requirements of military service

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transfer for active servicemen who, according to the conclusion of the VVK, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher education institutions, training centers, etc.
training before the beginning of the duties of the post
it is possible to take courses abroad
cash allowance from 35 000 to 125 000 UAH depending on the place of performance of tasks
provision of uniforms and means of individual protection, adequate nutrition
