Responsibilities

identification and analysis of problems of moral and psychological state of personnel, implementation of measures for their solution
providing psychological support and recovery of personnel during military operations, exercises and other military activities
psychological counseling of servicemen, their families and members of the military team
conducting psychological trainings, seminars and consultations to increase the level of psychological stability and effectiveness
cooperation with other units to ensure unity and coordination of moral and psychological support
general control and analysis of the state of affairs in the unit
conducting official investigations

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
opportunity for career growth and development, training and advanced training
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
