Responsibilities
- monitoring of the moral and psychological state of the personnel of the company
- individual and group consultations of military personnel
- psychological first aid and support after stressful events
- prevention of combat stress, burnout and crisis states
- psychological preparation for the tasks and support after them
- work with the adaptation of newly arrived servicemen
- identifying those who need the help of top-level specialists and directing them
- advising the company commander on the psychological state of the unit
- maintenance of official documentation on psychological support
- willingness to work next to personnel, not just in the office
- compliance with military discipline
Requirements
- higher education in the specialty "Psychology" (or related, check with the recruiter)
- experience of practical work as a psychologist will be an advantage: counseling, crisis assistance, work with trauma
- stress resistance and the ability to maintain professional distance
- communication skills, ability to build trust with different people
