Responsibilities
- analysis and control of the moral and psychological state of subordinate personnel, carrying out measures to improve it
- maintaining documentation in accordance with the requirements of military service
- work in a team unit
- conducting official investigations
- analysis and control of the state of discipline in the division, carrying out measures to strengthen discipline
- psychological support of fighters in combat conditions and during rehabilitation
Requirements
- high communication skills, empathy and emotional stability
- PC skills and documentation skills
- the rank of officer
- ability to work in a team
- higher education in psychology or related fields
- stress resistance and endurance
