Responsibilities
- control of the moral and psychological state of subordinate personnel, carrying out measures to improve it
- psychological testing of personnel, identification and prevention of stress states and psychological traumas of military personnel
- general control and analysis of the state of affairs in the unit
- maintaining documentation in accordance with the requirements of military service
- ensuring the execution of orders of the high command
Requirements
- fitness for military service due to health and moral qualities
- motivation to learn, improve and work
- higher education, the advantage will be legal, psychological or pedagogical
- readiness to work in the area of performing tasks (in the combat zone)
- developed communication skills
- experience in a similar position or combat experience will be an advantage
