Responsibilities
- analysis and control of the moral and psychological state of subordinate personnel, carrying out measures to improve it
- ensuring the performance of tasks determined by the company commander and the deputy battalion commander for psychological support of personnel
- maintenance of documentation and reporting
- assessment of the moral and psychological state of the personnel of the company
- development and adjustment of the schedule of classes of the company, planning and implementation of measures of psychological support and moral and psychological support
Requirements
- age from 25 years
- experience in military service will be an advantage
- PC skills and documentation skills
- the rank of officer
- high communication skills, empathy and emotional stability
