Responsibilities

organization of events for psychological recovery and providing first psychological aid to soldiers
monitoring the state of military discipline, conducting explanatory and information work
assistance to newly arrived servicemen with joining the team and combat coordination
planning and implementation of moral and psychological support programs during combat missions

officer military rank (or higher education diploma to obtain the rank)
higher education (preferably education in psychology, sociology, pedagogy or social work)
understanding of psychology of extreme states and methods of crisis counseling
high communication skills, empathy and leadership skills

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and additional payments depending on the zone of execution of tasks
