Responsibilities

organization and implementation of measures of moral and psychological support of the personnel of the company
maintaining the proper moral and psychological state of servicemen, preventing stress, exhaustion and conflicts in the unit
conducting individual work with military personnel, providing primary psychological assistance
participation in the selection, adaptation and cohesion of the newly arrived personnel
organization of information and explanatory work, formation of motivation for service and strengthening of military discipline
conducting classes and trainings on psychological stability, behavior in combat and stressful conditions
prevention of offenses, cases of unauthorized abandonment of part, abuse of alcohol or other bad habits
preparation of reports and documentation on the issues of moral and psychological support of the unit

higher education (preferably in the following specialties: psychology, pedagogy, law, social work, management or related)
skills in organizing training sessions, conversations, trainings with personnel
readiness to stay in the field, participate in exercises and trainings
confident possession of a computer, office software and electronic accounting systems
knowledge of the basics of military discipline, moral and psychological support and work with personnel
developed communication skills, ability to work with people and resolve conflict situations
the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with personal information of military personnel
experience in military service or work with teams is desirable
attentiveness to documents, responsibility and organization in work

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
annual financial assistance for recovery
annual leave twice a year for a period of 15 days + 2 days on the road in one direction, as well as vacation for family reasons
