Deputy Company Commander for PPP

Responsibilities

analysis and control of the moral and psychological state of subordinate personnel, carrying out measures to improve it
ensuring the performance of tasks determined by the company commander and the deputy battalion commander for psychological support of personnel
conducting psychological trainings, seminars and consultations to support the psychological health of servicemen
maintenance of documentation and reporting

basic knowledge of psychology
ability to organize trainings and seminars
high communication skills, empathy and emotional stability
PC skills and documentation skills
availability of additional certificates, categories and qualifications will be an advantage
experience in military service will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
medical, technical, material support, proper nutrition
the opportunity to regularly improve skills and undergo training with obtaining state certificates
career prospects, development of leadership skills
