Responsibilities
- psychological support for fighters and assistance in overcoming combat stress
- high-quality registration of materials of official investigations (cases of emergency situations, failure to fulfill duties, violation of discipline)
- maintaining daily reports, journals and other documents of the unit
- prevention of violations and explanatory work with personnel
- assistance to the company commander in organizing the internal life of the unit
Requirements
- availability of officer rank
- ability to work with people in difficult circumstances and resolve conflicts
- literacy and attentiveness when working with documents
- higher education (psychology, sociology or humanities)
