Responsibilities

psychological and moral support of personnel
understanding the mood of the fighters: constant communication with the military to know the atmosphere in the team, and help the commander in how to maintain morale
motivating personnel to perform assigned tasks: conducting classes to teach fighters to cope with stress and psychological stress in battle, to make them psychologically more stable
providing psychological first aid to those who are in difficulty, supporting those who have returned after injury or rehabilitation
Facilitating the faster adaptation of new fighters to service
helping the military communicate without quarrels and resolve any misunderstandings peacefully
training fighters to recognize enemy propaganda and fakes
help the commander to be fair, advise who should be rewarded for success, and with whom to conduct educational work for violations
organization of events for fighters that will help them to distract, reboot and regain strength
keeping in touch with the families of subordinates, helping them in solving issues
assistance to the commander in organizing events: awarding, motivational and cultural events
report on completed tasks
accurate performance of tasks as an example for brothers

profile education in the field of PPP or higher education (in the field of psychology, pedagogy, social work)
officer rank (junior lieutenant or higher)
understanding the specifics of military service and tasks
knowledge of psychology, pedagogy, methods of educational work
fluency in Ukrainian language
satisfactory state of health for military service
ability to find a common language with people, sympathize

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation
