Responsibilities

monitoring of the moral and psychological state of the company and development of measures to improve it
analysis and control of the state of discipline in the division, carrying out measures to strengthen discipline
work with platoon commanders on the implementation of effective methods of leadership and personnel management
planning and coordination of measures to improve the morale of servicemen
identifying the needs for training and development of personnel
Ensuring the process of adaptation of recruits
interaction with battalion and brigade units
maintaining documentation in accordance with the requirements of military service

Requirements

higher education in psychology or humanities
officer rank will be an advantage
work experience in the field of psychology or personnel management (HRG, PP, HRBP)
experience in organizing training and developing methodological recommendations (LnD)
responsibility, structure, initiative, willingness to implement changes
developed communication skills, emotional balance, empathy, experience of public speaking

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
full provision of the necessary equipment and gear
annual basic leave 30 days + additional leave 10 days for family reasons
social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15 million
