Responsibilities

work in a team unit
analysis and control of the moral and psychological state of subordinate personnel, carrying out measures to improve it
interaction with battalion and brigade units
psychological support of fighters in combat conditions and during rehabilitation
ensuring the performance of tasks determined by the company commander and the deputy battalion commander for psychological support of personnel
analysis and control of the state of discipline in the division, carrying out measures to strengthen discipline
conducting official investigations
conducting psychological trainings, seminars and consultations to support the psychological health of servicemen
maintaining documentation in accordance with the requirements of military service

Requirements

high communication skills, empathy and emotional stability
ability to work in a team
stress resistance and endurance
PC skills and documentation skills
the rank of officer
ability to work with stressful situations, provide first psychological assistance and provide further support
readiness to work in the combat task zone
fitness for military service for health reasons
experience in military service will be an advantage

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment and full nutrition
guaranteed annual leave
military team with a friendly atmosphere and support
