Responsibilities

study of the moral and psychological climate in the mouth, identification and prevention of acute stress reactions, burnout and PTSD among military personnel
conducting educational work, resolving internal conflicts in the unit, prevention of offenses and the use of psychoactive substances
assistance to newly arrived soldiers in quick involvement in life and the specifics of the company's work
informing personnel about the current military-political situation, explaining command orders and countering disinformation
documentation on the moral and psychological state of the unit, preparation of regular reports and analytics for the command
monitoring of living conditions, food and recreation of personnel, interaction with the medical service and chaplains

availability of officer rank from junior lieutenant to senior lieutenant
developed empathy, leadership qualities, authority, ability to listen and resolve conflict situations without shouting and pressure
high emotional stability and willingness to work under psychological pressure under martial law
experience in military service will be an advantage
experience in a similar position will be an advantage
Absence of criminal record
absence of alcohol and drug addiction

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security from UAH 25,000 to UAH 65,000 per month
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
