Deputy Company Commander for Armaments

Responsibilities

management of the company's repair link and organization of proper operation, storage and maintenance of all weapons, automotive equipment, UAVs and ground robotic systems
personnel management of the company's repair unit, distribution of tasks and quality control of restoration work
organization of rapid evacuation of damaged equipment and weapons from the battlefield to collection points
timely submission of applications for the supply of fuel and lubricants, spare parts, tools and necessary property, as well as maintaining clear internal accounting without unnecessary bureaucracy
conducting classes with company personnel on safety rules, technical literacy and rules for handling weapons and equipment

the presence of a military rank of an officer is mandatory
higher education (engineering and technical or military-technical will be preferable)
experience in a similar position (company/battalion deputy, head of armored or automotive service) or relevant civilian experience in managing large technical centers, fleets or engineering workshops
knowledge of the tactical and technical characteristics of modern weapons and equipment, as well as a basic understanding of power electricity and the structure of unmanned systems
high level of personal discipline, leadership qualities, ability to effectively manage subordinates and make quick decisions in combat conditions

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from UAH 25,000 to UAH 125,000, depending on the tasks and place of service
guaranteed annual leave and additional 10-day leave for family reasons
provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment and proper nutrition
comfortable service conditions and professional environment
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
