Deputy Company Commander

Responsibilities

assistance to the company commander, the performance of his duties in the absence of
participation in preparation for combat operations and combat operations as needed
Planning and Commanding the Task Force
conducting measures for combat training and maintaining the moral and psychological state of personnel
support of weapons, ammunition, equipment and property in combat readiness
ensuring internal order and discipline in the unit
participation in training, training exercises and other activities for professional development

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
opportunity to realize leadership qualities, participate in relevant military exercises, career growth
material and property support, including personal protective equipment, accommodation, food, medical care for the duration of service
official annual leave, family leave, timely receipt of the combatant status and other social guarantees in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine
