Deputy Company Commander

Responsibilities

ensuring the implementation of decisions of the company commander
control of individual units or company elements
providing the company with the necessary material and technical resources (fuel, ammunition, food, medical equipment)
responsibility for administrative and business work, documentation and solving routine issues
maintaining communication with high command, reporting on the readiness and effectiveness of the company
participation in preparation for combat operations and in combat operations if necessary
analysis of moral and psychological qualities of servicemen, assistance to platoon commanders in their improvement
carrying out work on the education of servicemen
strengthening military discipline and law and order

reserve officer or higher education (with the prospect of obtaining an officer rank)
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
responsibility and organization

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
