Responsibilities

performance of combat tasks assigned to the unit
ensuring the performance of assigned tasks by the company commander
organization and control of measures for combat training of personnel of the unit
organization and control of support of personnel and weapons of the unit in combat readiness
ensuring the effective conduct of combat operations by the unit
maintenance and control of proper discipline in the unit
compliance with safety requirements when handling weapons and ammunition
reporting to senior commanders on the state of affairs in the unit

readiness to perform tasks in the zone of active hostilities
managerial and organizational skills
stress resistance and endurance
the Leadership Quality
high level of personal discipline and moral and business qualities
compliance with the requirements of the statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine
fitness for military service for health reasons
basic combined arms training and / or experience of military service in the position, participation in hostilities will be

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
