Requirements
- service experience: preference is given to persons who have successfully performed duties as a platoon commander (at least 1-2 years)
- knowledge of the regulatory framework: perfect knowledge of the Regulations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Defense, requirements for labor protection and safety measures when handling weapons and equipment
- methodological skills: ability to plan combat training activities, maintain company documentation (schedules of classes, accounting journals) and personally conduct training with personnel
