Deputy Company Commander

Responsibilities

responsibility for managing individual units or company elements
providing the company with the necessary material and technical resources, including fuel, ammunition, food and medical equipment
responsibility for administrative and business work, documentation and solving routine issues related to the company's military affairs
liaising with senior commanders, reporting on company readiness and effectiveness
participation in preparation for combat operations and participation in combat operations if necessary

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
annual financial assistance for health improvement, full food and material support
