Deputy commander of a separate battalion

Responsibilities

ensuring the successful performance of combat (special) tasks by the battalion
participation in the development of plans for combat and mobilization readiness, combat training and organize their implementation
organizing and conducting classes with officers and sergeants (starshyna) staff, training and control classes with units
management of physical training and sports and mass work of units
verification of the organization and state of combat training and fire safety in units
managing the selection of servicemen for enrollment in military service under the contract, as well as for admission to military educational institutions
fire safety management, develop a fire safety plan and monitor its implementation

age from 25 to 50 years
higher education degree
the rank of officer
experience in command of units (platoon / company)
experience in combat training will be an advantage
experience in developing combat and mobilization readiness plans will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander (if there is a decision of the Military Medical Commission on fitness with restrictions)
provision of uniforms and means of individual protection, adequate nutrition
cash allowance from UAH 43,000 to UAH 133,000, depending on the place of execution of tasks
provision of uniforms and means of individual protection, adequate nutrition
social protection and benefits in accordance with the current legislation
guaranteed annual basic leave of 30 days
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
