Responsibilities
- monitoring and analysis of the moral and psychological climate in the team
- psychological first aid, counseling in case of stress, anxiety or conflict
- conducting classes to increase stress resistance in combat conditions
- planning of psychological support measures during the preparation and execution of combat missions
Requirements
- higher psychological or related education
- availability of officer rank
- leadership skills, emotional stability, confident PC skills and fluent Ukrainian language
