Responsibilities

monitoring of the psychological state of servicemen, identification of persons in crisis psycho-emotional states
providing psychological assistance to military personnel, conducting psycho-preventive and psycho-corrective measures
planning and implementation of measures to restore the psychological stability of military personnel
assistance to unit commanders in resolving conflicts and disputes in teams
assessment and response to changes in the psychological readiness of personnel
psychological support and counseling of family members of military personnel
analysis and control of the moral and psychological state of subordinate personnel, carrying out measures to improve it
maintenance of documentation and reporting

higher psychological or pedagogical education
availability of officer rank
communication skills and ability to work with different people
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
experience in military service and combat experience will be an advantage
availability of additional certificates, categories and qualifications will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
