Responsibilities

conducting classes with the personnel of the unit and monitoring the training of ordinary personnel, conducting instructors
participation in the development of educational and methodological material
implementation of measures for methodological training, improvement of existing and development of new methodological manuals, presentations, etc.
providing cadets with educational and methodological materials for independent training
organization and direct implementation of the training and material base and other property for classes, control of their availability and condition
continuous improvement of professional training and improvement of their professional skills
updating the existing models of the material and technical base of classes in accordance with the current development of trends in military operations
study and implementation of best practices in conducting classes, making proposals for improving the forms and methods of teaching and material and technical base
observance of pedagogical ethics and morality, respect for the human dignity of military specialists, promotion of their cultural and physical development
performance at a high professional level of educational and methodological work, ensuring high efficiency of the pedagogical process, objective assessment of knowledge and skills of the personnel of students, promoting the development of their independence, reasonable initiative, creative abilities in the process of mastering educational disciplines
active participation in improving the educational and material base of the unit and inventive and rationalization work
participation in the preparation of periodic assessment (input-output control, intermediate section of knowledge) of cadets
control of accounting of training in fixed training platoons
Observance of Military Discipline

Requirements

service in officer positions (platoon commander, company commander, etc.)
perfect knowledge of the taught subject and the requirements of training programs for the professional level of qualified military personnel
ability to work effectively both in a team and independently, in particular, in force majeure circumstances
excellent knowledge of basic combined arms disciplines, safety in handling weapons, techniques and shooting techniques
excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate information clearly and teach others
experience of service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other law enforcement agencies directly involved in hostilities
Teaching experience will be an advantage
real combat experience (assault, defense, ambush, etc.)
