Responsibilities
- preparation and delivery to the departments of information and analytical materials on the implementation of norms for providing information and documents
- processing of documents received from departments, preparation of draft orders and certificates
- conducting classes, providing advisory and practical assistance to the personnel of the units on the organization of the processes of submitting the necessary documents
- performing tasks as part of the rear unit of the military unit
- organization and maintenance of analytical databases
- processing and providing answers in the electronic document management system
Requirements
- analytical thinking, the ability to quickly absorb information
- knowledge of computer programs Word, Excel
- calm, balanced character, sociability
- experience in the financial sector will be an advantage
