Responsibilities

planning and organization of photo and video filming within the tasks of the unit
shooting high-quality photo and video projects (reports, interviews, documentaries, content for social networks)
prompt selection and professional processing (retouching, color correction) of the footage
installation of short dynamic rollers (Reels) and long-term formats
compliance with information security rules and masking during work

experience as a photographer, videographer or content maker (portfolio is required)
confident possession of professional equipment (cameras, lights, stabilizers) and software for processing (Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
understanding of the specifics of military reportage shooting or willingness to learn quickly
high level of self-organization, stress resistance and readiness to work in the field

official mobilization or contract service before demobilization is announced
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
full support of the candidate from the first call to registration in the part to the selected unit
provision of modern machinery, equipment, means of protection
cash allowance according to completed combat missions (up to UAH 55,000)
social guarantees and compensation in accordance with the current legislation
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
