Responsibilities
- editing short vertical videos (9:16) for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
- selection of the strongest moments from raw material and construction of the catchy structure of the video (hook - meaning - finale)
- add subtitles, basic graphics, sound, rhythm and dynamics
- editing longer videos for YouTube: cutting, basic color correction, working with sound
- work with content for different platforms, taking into account algorithms and virality
- performance of tasks according to the terms of reference and compliance with deadlines
Requirements
- experience in editing short-form video (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
- confident possession of CapCut, DaVinci or analogues
- understanding how attention retention, hooks, and viral editing work
- attention to detail and the ability to work quickly with the material
- responsibility, discipline and hard work
- readiness to work in the combat zone
