Responsibilities

shooting in short videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Threads
maintaining recruiting pages: publishes, responds in comments and messages
creating ideas for videos and sections, writing simple scripts
a story about the conditions of service, positions, contracts and real stories of the military
participation in live broadcasts, events, meetings with youth and the public
networking with bloggers, media and organizations for joint projects
tracking statistics and together with the team and tracking what works best

confidence in the frame and the ability to speak to the camera naturally
experience in running social networks, blogs or your own content
literate Ukrainian language, oral and written
understanding of short video formats and TikTok and Reels trends
basic skills of shooting and editing on the phone.
sociability and willingness to communicate with different people, including those who are skeptical
readiness to understand the topic of the service and talk about it accurately, without making up
compliance with information security rules

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
