organization and conduct of procurement / simplified procurement procedures
ensuring equal conditions for all participants in procurement procedures and an objective choice of the winner
determination of winners of procurement/simplified procurement procedures in accordance with the established procedure
publication of information and documents provided for by law

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security from UAH 21,000 with an additional remuneration of UAH 30,000 depending on the place of service
service in the zone of active hostilities during the direct participation of the unit in the zone of hostilities
