Responsibilities

processing and verification of procurement requests generated by an internal customer
conducting preliminary market consultations in order to analyze the market of goods, works and services
preparation of draft orders related to the organization and conduct of procurement
organization and conduct of procurement in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (both without the use of the electronic procurement system and through the electronic procurement system Prozorro)
participation in the preparation and approval of state contracts (agreements)
ensuring the publication of information and documentation in the electronic procurement system in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine

higher education (preferably economic or legal)
responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work with a large amount of information
confident use of a personal computer and office programs
developed communication skills
experience in procurement, administration or civil service will be an advantage
experience with the Prozorro electronic procurement system will be an advantage

mobilization or contract service before the announcement of demobilization
transfer of active servicemen from other military units
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance according to combat (service) tasks up to UAH 55,000
provision of modern machinery, equipment, means of protection
social guarantees and compensation in accordance with the current legislation
full support of the candidate from the first call to registration in the part to the selected unit
