Responsibilities
- preparation of instructions for users and administrators of IT systems
- description of the functionality of new modules and products
- development of regulations and methodological materials
- work with design, technical, operational documentation
- structuring of information, support of a unified documentation system
- work in document management systems (ASKOD, SharePoint, Confluence)
- interaction with analysts, engineers, users to clarify details
- maintaining the relevance of the knowledge base
Requirements
- basic understanding of the structure of technical documentation
- ability to work with a large amount of information
- attention to detail
- basic understanding of IT projects and terminology
- willingness to learn and work with technically complex material
- higher education (IT, humanities with IT focus, document management, law)
- experience in the position of a technical writer or related experience in creating documentation
- preparation of instructions or descriptions of functionality
- understanding of the principles of electronic document management
- use of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
- work in M365 (advanced level)
- Experience in ASCOD
- basic understanding of the regulatory environment in the field of digitalization
- related military experience in automation, communication will be an advantage
